  • Biol. Sci. 200
  • Chem. 201 or 202
  • EXAMS & GRADING

Three one-hour exams have been pre-scheduled and will be given during LECTUREs. We expect that you will take these exams at the scheduled times. Exceptions to this rule should be rare; permission for an exception must be obtained from Ms. Hitchcock and Mr. DeToma prior to the time of the exam.

The final examination will be scheduled.

Quizzes or other lecture based assignments will be passed out in lecture at various scheduled points during the semester. These may or may not be assigned a grade.

Performance in various class activities will be weighted as follows in assignment of final grades:

Exams, quizzes, and other lecture-based assignments   65%
    Lab work   35%
