Building molecules using Nucleotide Model Kit
The nucleotide model kit allows you to build sequences of DNA, RNA, or
combinations of both.
In the builder:
Click on the Nucleotide button at the top of the model kit.
Click on the conformation you prefer - A, B, or customize your rise and
twist.
Click the Build Sequence check box.
Click on the button of the first base of your sequence, and then the
second, extra, extra.
You can see the sequence in the text box, under the Build Sequence check box.
Click on workspace to see the nucleotide.
Click on the terminate box.
Now you can minimize your peptide, save it, and view it in the main window.
