Architectural Studies (ARCH)
Architectural Studies at Mount Holyoke offers students the opportunity to investigate the built environment creatively and critically through a curriculum that includes courses in design, art studio, and the history of art and architecture. By taking an art history survey, drawing, and an introductory design studio, first-year students will acquire the historical, conceptual, and technical foundation necessary for further study.
Also see Art and Art History, for additional courses offered by the Five Colleges.
