Giuliana Davidoff is the coauthor of Elementary Number Theory, Group Theory, and Ramanujan Graphs (2003) and coauthor, with the MHC mathematics department, of Laboratories in Mathematical Experimentation: A Bridge to Higher Mathematics. She is also the coauthor of Geometry of Numbers (2001). Davidoff is a member of several mathematics organizations, including the American Mathematical Society, the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), and Sigma Xi.

She teaches introductory-level calculus courses as well as a senior-level course titled Real Analysis, which explores the real number system, convergence of sequences and series, power series, uniform convergence, compactness and connectedness, continuity, abstract treatment of differential and integral calculus, metric spaces, and point-set topology.

In addition to teaching and completing her own research, Davidoff developed a program with Robert Schwartz and 15 other Mount Holyoke faculty titled Mathematics across the Curriculum, which introduces students to applications of mathematics in a humanities-oriented context. Davidoff also advises undergraduate researchers through a program called Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU), which is funded by the MAA and the National Science Foundation. This summer, Davidoff will be working with a group of undergraduates to explore expander graphs.
