Department Info - Courses
The gender studies curriculum makes available to students the significant body of literature, theory, and methodology stressing the special contributions and relations of women to culture and society. This body of material unearths the forgotten histories and stories of women and explores the differences that class, race, culture, and sex make in people's lives. The gender studies curriculum seeks to provide a critical and pluralistic study of human works and acts.
