*The Alumna Admission Representative (AAR) is the head coordinator of the alumnae admission volunteers (Assistants) in her region, and the liaison to the club in her region (if one exists).  She receives lists of prospective and admitted students from her region, along with pertinent updates from Admission.  The AAR distributes requests for interviews in her area, and serves as the contact for local college fair coverage when an admission director cannot cover a fair.  Very often she is simply contacting her Assistants who have indicated that they want to cover fairs and/or interviews to see if they are available.
