V. Vaccinations

We require that your horse be vaccinated with the following vaccinations within one year of coming to board at Mount Holyoke College Equestrian Center. Please indicate dates of vaccinations your horse has received in the last year.

VI. Coggins Test and Health Certificate

1.
We require a negative Coggins test within 6 months for out of state horses and within one year for horses residing in Massachusetts. Please bring a current Coggins Test and Health Certificate with you when your horse arrives.

VII. Parasite Control

1.
Once a member of our boarder community, your horse will be placed on the stables’ worming schedule. You have two options, please choose which option you would like: *
  Option A: You may provide a daily wormer at your own expense (i.e. Strongid C).
  Option B: We will deworm your horse every 6 weeks on a rotation that is recommended for the Northeast by our veterinarian. (Each deworming incurs a $15 charge.)

Board check should be made out for $700.00. This board application is due April 15, 2008 and the application will be for fall semester 2008.

Please note that board application assumes you are willing to commit to boarding for at least the entire fall semester.
