• Two-time NEWMAC Coach of the Year (2001, 2003)
• Two-time Regional Coach of the Year (2001, 2003)
• Coached the 2002 field hockey team to its first ever ECAC New England Championship title
• Coached the 2001 team to a conference record of 7-1 en route to its first appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament
• Coached one National All-American, four Regional All-Americans and 19 Academic All-Americans over the past five years
• Broke field hockey records for wins in a season, goals in a season, shut-outs, and longest winning streak at Montclair State
• Earned New Jersey Athletic Conference Coach of the Year honors, 1997
• Worked over 80 camps since 1983
• Received a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Smith College
