 Dressage Team Earns National Championship
The Mount Holyoke College dressage team won championship honors in Intercollegiate Dressage Association Nationals this weekend at Mount Holyoke Equestrian Center.
April 28, 2008 Mount Holyoke Hosts Zone 1 Riding Championships
The Intercollegiate Horse Show Association Zone 1 Championships took place today at the Mount Holyoke College Equestrian Center. Representatives from 24 colleges were present at the event, which featured eight Mount Holyoke riders.
April 5, 2008 Riding Competes in Regional Championships
Eighteen riders represented Mount Holyoke College today at the Zone 1, Region 3 Regional Championships, hosted by the University of Massachusetts at Hadley Farms. As a result of their performances at the show, a total of eight Lyons qualified for next weekend's Zone 1 Championships.
March 29, 2008 Riding Earns Second Place at Smith
Facing off against 12 teams from around the region, the Mount Holyoke College equestrian team grabbed Reserve High Point honors today at the Smith College Intercollegiate Horse Show. The University of Massachusetts Amherst rode to a High Point Championship, finishing with 45 points. With its win, UMass sealed the 2007-08 Zone 1, Region 3 title. The Lyons secured second place in the region with 36 points on the day.
March 8, 2008 Riding Takes Reserve Championship at Spring Show
The Mount Holyoke College riding team hosted its spring intercollegiate horse show today at the Equestrian Center. Competing against nine other teams, the Lyons picked up Reserve High Point College honors with 38 points. They finished just behind the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which earned the High Point College Championship with 40 points.
March 2, 2008 Riding Takes Top Honors at UMass
The Mount Holyoke College riding team kicked off the spring portion of its 2007-08 slate with a bang, taking High Point College honors at the University of Massachusetts Intercollegiate Horse Show today at Hadley Farms. With their 41 points, the Lyons finished in a deadlock with UMass atop the day's standings. Becker College recorded 24 points to secure Reserve High Point College honors.
February 23, 2008 Riding Team Participates in Tournament of Champions Winter Classic
The Mount Holyoke College riding team was in action this weekend, competing in the prestigious Tournament of Champions Winter Classic at Chatham Hall. With their third place finish at the event, the Lyons secured the 2007-08 Tournament of Champions Series title.
January 28, 2008 Riding Team Claims Top Honors at Holiday Tournament of Champions
Facing off against 26 teams from around the nation, the Mount Holyoke College riding team captured the High Point Championship at this weekend's Holiday Tournament of Champions. The Lyons fielded two teams at the event, which took place in Hackettstown, N.J. Their "Megamix" team took top honors, while their "Jacked and Tan" team finished third.
December 2, 2007 Riding Captures High Point Championship at Amherst
The Mount Holyoke College riding team rounded out its fall slate with a High Point Championship at the Amherst College Intercollegiate Horse Show, hosted by Biscuit Hill Farm in Shelburne Falls, Mass. With their 36 points, the Lyons narrowly edged the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which tallied 35 points. Today's win marked the third team title for Mount Holyoke this season.
November 10, 2007 Riding Team Hosts Intercollegiate Show
The Mount Holyoke College riding team hosted its fall Intercollegiate Horse Show today at the Equestrian Center. Competing against nine other schools, the Lyons earned a fourth place finish. They will enter their final fall show trailing the University of Massachusetts Amherst by two points in the Zone 1, Region 3 standings.
October 27, 2007 Riding Team Earns Third Place at UMass Show
The Mount Holyoke College riding team rode to a third place finish at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Intercollegiate Horse Show at Hadley Farms today. It was the first time this fall that the Lyons have not claimed top honors.
October 20, 2007 Riding Team Claims Top Honors at Williams
The Mount Holyoke College riding team picked up its second High Point Championship in as many weeks, as it took home top honors at the Williams College Intercollegiate Horse Show at Bonnie Lea Farm today.
October 13, 2007 Riding Team Earns High Point Honors at Becker
Led by sophomore Tracey Mack, the Mount Holyoke College riding team earned High Point College honors at the Becker College Intercollegiate Horse Show. It was the Lyons first regular season competition of the 2007-08 campaign.
October 6, 2007 Riding Team Captures Tournament of Champions Title
For the second year in a row, the Mount Holyoke College riding team earned top honors at the Pre-Season Tournament of Champions Horse Show. The Lyons finished in front of some of the tops teams in the nation at the competition, which was hosted by St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, N.C. It was Mount Holyoke's first showing since it was crowned Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Reserve National Champions in May.

Coming off a season in which it was crowned International Horse Show Association (IHSA) Reserve National Champions, the Mount Holyoke riding team will kick off its 2007-08 campaign this weekend at the Pre-Season Tournament of Champions Horse Show.

 Mount Holyoke Athletes Enjoy Annual Barbeque
The Mount Holyoke Department of Athletics kicked off its 2007-08 campaign with a barbeque outside of Kendall Hall. Student-athletes got their first glimpse of the College's new outdoor athletic complex.
