• Served as Head Coach of the Western United U-17/U-18 club team (2005-2007)
• Assistant Soccer Coach at Smith College (2005-2007)
• Has been a member of the New York Magic since 2003, currently serving as a captain
• Competed on the Japenese National team that earned a silver medal in the World University Games (2003)
• Competed on the Christian Brothers University (Tenn.) teams thats adanced to the NCAA Division II Champion game (2001, 2002) and cliched the title in 2002
• Played for the JEF United Ladies which compete in the top women's soccer league in Japan
• Earned her coaching certification from the NCAA Women's Coaches Academy (2006)
• Earned her B.S. in Sport and Health Science, Juntendo University
• Earned her first M.S. in Exercise Science at the University of Memphis in 2005 
• Earned and M.S. in Exercise and Sport Studies at Smith College in 2007
