What do I do If I lose my Card?
It is extremely important that you report your missing
card immediately!
During business hours you can stop by or email
the Auxilary
Services. We will deactivate your card to prevent use by others.
After business hours you can stop into the Office of Public
Safety. If you do not report the lost or stolen card
you are liable for funds spent from your account. If you find
your card there is no charge to reactivate it. If you need to
replace your card there is a replacement fee.
Can I get cash from my MHCXpress Account?
No. The money in the account can only be spent for goods and services
at locations that accept the All-Campus/ID card.
How do I know how much money is in my MHCXpress
Account?
Every time you use your card, you can see either on your receipt
or on the digital screen, your available balance. You can also
request a monthly report of transactions.
Can I close my MHCXpress Accoount at any
time?
No. Once opened, accounts remain open until you graduate
or separate from the college.
What happens to my balance at the end of
the year?
Remaining balances of depostied amounts forward from
year to year until graduation or separation.
