Satellite Copier Program

The Department of Auxiliary Services maintains the college's satellite copier program. There are 56 MHC department copiers and 8 public copiers on the campus. The public copiers accept MHC All Campus ID Cards and MHC Copy Cards.

The 8 public copiers can be found at the following locations:

  • Williston Memorial Library (2nd floor) (3 b&w copiers + 1 color copier)
  • Blanchard Campus Center (3rd floor)
  • Kendade Hall (lobby next to vending area)
  • Career Development Center (in CDC library)
  • Pratt Hall (in Music Library)

The MHC All Campus ID Card & Copy Card dispensing machines can be found at the following locations:

  • Blanchard Campus Center (2nd floor next to info desk)
  • Williston Memorial Library (2nd floor across from circulation desk)

Cost

  • Black and white copies are 10¢ each
  • Color copies are $1.00 each

Staff user codes may be requested by filling out a Copier Change Request Form

How to Use the Staff Copier Coding System

Department / Program Copying
The first digits are the three primary digits of your Accounting Unit (i.e. Accounting Unit 099901, you would use 999). The last four digits are of your / their choosing ranging from 1000-5999.

Student Workers
If you are assigning numbers to your student workers, the last four digits should ranging from 7000-7999

Faculty Grants/Student Organizations
If you are assigning numbers to your faculty/students who need to charge their copying to grants/organization budgets, the last four digits should ranging from 8000-8999.
