Off-Campus Federal Work Study

In addition to the Work Study jobs available on-campus, a variety of Off-Campus Work Study jobs are available to Mount Holyoke College students each year at local organizations. The organizations which partner with MHC through this program are typically non-profit agencies focused on serving the community. Libraries, advocacy agencies, schools and many others participate in the MHC Off-Campus Work Study program each year. These opportunities are listed on the JobX student employment database along with the other Work Study jobs.

Students seeking an Off-Campus Work Study position must have Federal Work-Study in their financial aid package. For those who are eligible, Off-Campus Work Study provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the community. Many students are able to find positions which are related to their areas of academic and professional interests.
