Katherine L. Kraschel '06

Katherine Kraschel graduated from Mount Holyoke cum laude with high honors in biochemistry in 2006. While at Mount Holyoke she served in many leadership positions including president of the Student Government Association, co-captain of the varsity soccer team, and as a Peer-Lead Undergraduate Mentor in the chemistry department. In spring of 2006 Kraschel was awarded the college’s distinguished Presidential scholar/leader award. Kraschel has returned to Mount Holyoke as an invited facilitator for the Weissman Center for Leadership’s Legacies of Leadership conferences in 2006 and 2007.

Since graduation Katie relocated to Mystic, CT and works as an associate scientist in the biotherapeutics group of pharmacokinetics, dynamics and metabolism at Pfizer Global Research and Development in Groton, CT. While at Pfizer, Kraschel has started work on an M.A. in biology at Brown University.
