“I think that for me, of course there’s like one or two friends that I’m really, really close with and eat a lot with and walk to classes with, but I feel that [at] Mount Holyoke especially, there, people can kind of bounce around. There are no cliques here; there aren’t really special groups. It’s more of everyone is…it’s a web almost. Everyone’s connected to everyone else, whether that’s through friends or classes or sports teams. And you can go hang out with anyone; you can go sit down with anyone and strike up a conversation, find a connection and enjoy it and see what comes of it. So for me, I have friends throughout the campus in all different sports, classes, majors, countries and I hang out with them all the time and see them a lot. But there’s just the two or three that are always there if I never need anything or just want someone to sit down with me to eat with; they’re always there. In high school, friends were kind of come and go, and now these are people I know I will never forget. And I’ve had incredible times with them. ”
