Clashing Views in Macroeconomics

The main textbook for the course is

Karl E. Case and Ray C. Fair (2001) Principles of Macroeconomics 6th edition, Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice Hall.  It is available in the Odyssey Bookstore.

In addition, there is a reader with photocopied articles. It will be available in the Economics Department's main office, 115 Skinner Hall.

Each student is required to read the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, or the New York Times on a daily basis throughout the semester. A subscription (possibly shared with another student) to one of these papers is strongly recommended.
