          On April 27th, 2005 we will run an international conference on global rules and regulations most condusive to fostering the well-being of developing countries. Each student will choose one critical aspect of the current rules of global governance which she thinks needs to be changed to give developing countries (or a subset of developing countries) a better chance to benefit from globalization.
