Case 3, Homework 2

Crosstab exercise, 5% sample

1. Cut up the data for the 5% sample. WAIT!! Before you start snipping, decide which way you’re going to cut. You want 70 individual pieces of paper relating to 70 individual census tracts. You might want to keep them in an envelope.

2. In the next class Wednesday, you will count out each case into the appropriate cell in the following table. Then we’ll break into groups to discuss what we see.
