Sociology 224: Practicing Sociology is designed to use qualitative research methods outside of the classroom, but within the Mount Holyoke community. This class exposes students to research methods that are not used often in the college setting, but that can be worthwhile in other research settings.

This semester, students will investigate changes of traditions at Mount Holyoke College by interviewing emeriti faculty, staff, and their partners.
