The students in Group 3 were responsible for organizing the beginning of our collective interview. One of the first jobs for this group was to contact the participating alumnae to thank them for their participation, as well as prepare them for what April 30th would entail. Similarly, Group 3 was responsible for deciding what the best way was to begin our meeting with the alumnae on April 30th at the Willits-Hallowell Center. As a class, we decided that it would be best to have both a student and an alumnae address the group. Mari Carriedo and Joan Winkel Ripley were selected for this task. In addition to planning the content of the welcome for April 30th, Group 3 also took on the responsibility of addressing other important details which are oftentimes forgotten-the guestbook, nametags, and seating arrangements.
