Posting Sketches
Reminders
1. Mac users should follow directions for creating a symbolic link to official webspace.
2. You can find the converter of Geometer's Sketchpad to Java Sketchpad in
userid.world/web/courses/jmorrow/Student_Sketches (for pc's)
and
userid.world/web/courses/jmorrow/student_macsketches (for mac's).
Save your converted (html) file in this same location.
On a pc, you need to map the network drive (right click on the hard drive icon) in order to get to official webspace. After the right click, type:
\\www\webspace%userid, return, then your password.
On a mac, you need to open the Chooser, select (Mount Holyoke College), select Appleshare, and select webspace in order to get to userid.world. Look for the Web folder.
At this point, both mac and pc users should look for the courses folder, then the jmorrow folder.
Within jmorrow, pc users should use the Student_Sketches folder and mac users should use the student_macsketches folder to find the appropriate converter and in which to save the converted file.
3. The URL, which you can announce on the Discussion page, for your sketch will be

and
http://www.mtholyoke.edu/courses/jmorrow/student_macsketches/file_name.html (for mac's)
