Final Seminar Paper

Write an essay of 15 pages that examines at least three of
the films we’ve studied this semester.
This examination should incorporate historical analysis and perspectives
and should integrate pertinent historical readings from the course and, where
appropriate, historical material from other sources.
- The
paper must have 1) an introduction that identifies the problem/topic being
addressed and foreshadows the major argument; 2) evidence and/or examples
to support points and generalizations; 3) qualifications of ideas where
appropriate; 4) a well developed conclusion summarizing your major
findings and argument; 5) a well considered title.
- The
paper should be free of misspellings and mistakes of punctuation, grammar,
etc.
- References
to primary and secondary sources (including films) should be indicated in
parenthetical citations, keyed to full citations in a Works Cited at the
end of the paper.
- In the
references and Works Cited, any materials from the World Wide Web must
also be acknowledged. If you have
questions about the proper form of citation, consult the Student Guide to
the Acknowledgement of Sources.

From an on campus computer that is connected to the College
network, map a drive in Windows, using the following path and your MHC username
and password:
- \\www\courses%your username
- then
when prompted, enter your password for the MHC system
- After
successfully mapping the drive, navigate to
rschwart\clio\yourfolder
