Argument: Two of the articles are writing to demonstrate that different roles of
women vs. men. The women carry the burden of raising the family, bearing children
to provide extra farm hands, plus doing all the other work.
Evidence: " It is the women who are burdened with all the details of the housework"
a quote from baptiste. To relate this to the Bonnie Smith article, " they had
neither the time or skill to perform household tasks"
Connection: The observer has shown through most of these articles the relationship
between man and women is clearly distinctly different and separate. The
Besnard article downplays the role of women.
