--It seems like you have a really good idea and start on your paper. I don't have much to say. Just make sure that you connect all your evidence clearly with the portion of your argument that you're trying to prove.

: Theme: Never underestimate the need for human interaction and socialization.
: Argument: Although the peasants were hardworking, they still led a life which was garnished with some fun, laugher and socialization.
: Supporting Evidence:
: (1) In Pierre Jean Baptiste Le Grande d'Aussy's article he mentions women saving what little money they had to buy lamp oil so that they could see each other when meeting late at night in the stables.
: (2) In Besnard's article he mentions that they went to the tavern on Sunday when they weren't in church. This is another example of socialization.
: Connection: In Smith's article (p23) she details the dating encounters of young people and their socialization in barns.
