Hello, I am a Carleton University student and I am doing a political science paper comparing the development of the free market in both Russia and China comparing the make-up of the state in relation to success. Specifically, I am arguing that China is developing better because the Communist State provides struction where as in Russia the state is in flux while they switch to a democratic organization thus causing the freemarket to function less than efficiently.
I would appreciate any information that anyone could provide in regards to these issues. Thanks very much
Stuart Reece
