halo ladies.
in GRAPES OF WARTH. it showed a transission from fedualism to capitalism, but isn't ITS A WONDERFUL LIFE already under a capitalist society already? and it was in the 1920s, but GRAPES OF WARTH was a little bit later in the 30s.
In "WONDERFUL LIFE" did a lot of people borrowed money thinking it'd be easy to pay back because the economy was doing so well? but when everyone demanded their money back, George was not able to pay them back right away becuase it was used as loans and they haven't been paid back to the bank yet. right? and was the reason why they haven't paid back be that the economy was going down? negative spiral?? in this case , who were the managers/board of directors that was deceding these factors? was it becuase the war came to an end thus mass production of certain material was not needed anymore, and peopel became out of buisness.?
