If insider trade is fine then that means that fewer people would be in liquidity, meaning that less ppl would invest in certain stocks rite? knowing which stock is going to profit and which is not... so liquidty risk wouldn't be a problem either beucase ppl would just go for the right / profitable stock rite..?? : )thanx
