Dining Centers
All-You-Can-Eat or Unlimited Dining Centers
In order to maximize on variety and choice, each of the dining centers will be serving a different menu for lunch and dinner consisting of:
Up to five (5) entrees:
- One (1) vegan
- One (1) vegetarian
- Three (3) meat using a combination of beef, poultry, pork, and fish choices
The appropriate accompaniments to complement the meal (starch, vegetables, sauces, salad bar):
- Two (2) soups or one soup and a chili every day
Menu items for lunch will be different for dinner in each location
Sunday dinner menu will be different than Brunch. Brunch will be similar to our present “Brunch Dine Around”.
Cooked-to-order items will be available during the lunch meal period, Monday thru Friday and will consist of hamburgers, frankfurters, grilled cheese, & vegan burgers. This option is not available in Wilder Dining center.
Breakfast will be “cooked-to-order” each day that hot breakfast is offered.
The following centers all have expanded salad bars where you will find the basic fixings for a great salad as well as a rotation of “make-your-own” creations:

- Ham-MacGregor
- Prospect
