Facilities Management Service Requests*

Facilities Management has introduced Maximo a web based program for requesting services. It is our hope that this new system will streamline the process while making it more responsive and convenient for our community. This program will allow the user to monitor the current status of their service request and will automatically notify them via email of any status change. Facilities Management anticipates this will become the preferred method for requesting services.

Student Event Planners in need of services from Facilities should request those services when registering their events through Student Programs Event Planning.

*System Requirements: Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) ver 5.0 or higher (Maximo will not work with Firefox, Netscape etc). System must be accessed from an on campus computer.
