Services for Student Events

Facilities Management provides maintenance and custodial services for the campus.  It is the responsibility of student event planners to specifically request campus service needs for each event. The Event Coordinator in the Office of Student Programs can guide you through the process when registering your event (min.14 days in advance).  Further information on policies and procedures can be found by visiting Facilities and Custodial Services on the Student Programs site.
