Nicole Darden
Why MHC: After I saw the college and met with the professors in the psychology department I knew that this was the place for me. The first time I applied I did not get accepted. Kay and Carolyn were supportive and helpful in explaining what I could do to gain admission. I really felt that the FP Program went above and beyond to help me regain my confidence and encouraged me to reapply. I also thought that the psychology program here could give me the background I need to go to a PHD program .
Expected Graduation Date: May 25, 2008
Postgraduate Plans: I will be taking a year off to focus on my family and my job as the veteran's assistant at Holyoke Community College

Favorite Class: Ideas and Ideals in public education/Cognitive Lab (literacy)
Favorite Place on Campus: the Library
