Summer Research Abroad
Conducting research abroad is an excellent opportunity for a student to immerse herself in another culture, while expanding her research interests and skills. Each summer students engage in research abroad through opportunities they develop through MHC faculty and their colleagues at international institutions. Summer research projects typically lead into an independent study or a senior thesis.
In addition to the Global Studies Summer Fellowship, students can apply for College funding for international summer research through MHC Summer Research Fellowships and the Weed Research Fellowship*; both programs fund domestic and international projects. Students apply for these fellowships through the Universal Application Form.
*Please check Weed Research Fellowship for elibigility restrictions.
