New International Student Fall Arrival Form

The McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives needs to know when, where and how you will be arriving at Mount Holyoke College in Fall 2012. Please complete this form by Friday, August 10, 2012 at the latest.

If you want us to meet you at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut on Monday, August 27, 2012 (after 10:00 am), please fill out and submit this form. We will guarantee pickup and will send a confirmation email only if we receive this arrival form on or before Friday, August 10, 2012. This service is free and available on Monday, August 27, 2012 (after 10:00 am), but only for new students, not for family or friends.

Note: Dormitory rooms at the College will not be ready for occupancy until August 27th. Therefore, under no circumstances will we offer pickups at Bradley International Airport for students prior to 10:00 am on August 27th. Any students who arrive before that time will have to wait at the airport or make arrangements to stay overnight in a hotel. Also, please note that we **ONLY** pick up students at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut, NOT at other airports, hotels, train stations, or bus stations. See the Handbook for International Students for information about transportation to campus from other locations.
