New International Student Spring Arrival Form

The McCulloch Center for Global Initiatives needs to know when, where and how you will be arriving at Mount Holyoke College in January 2013. Please complete this form by Friday, January 4, 2013 at the latest.

If you are arriving on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from a destination outside of the U.S. and you would like us to meet you at Bradley International Airport after 4:00 pm on that day, please fill out and submit this form. We will guarantee pickup and will send a confirmation email only if we receive this arrival form on or before Friday, January 4, 2013. This service is free and available only on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 (after 4:00 pm), but only for new students, not for family or friends.

Note: Dormitory rooms at the College will not be ready for occupancy until late afternoon on January 16, 2013. Therefore, under no circumstances will we offer airport pickups for students who arrive prior to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Any students who arrive before that time (4:00 pm) will have to wait at the airport or make arrangements to stay overnight in a hotel. Also, please note that we only pick up students at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut, NOT at other airports, hotels, train stations, or bus stations. See the Handbook for International Students for information about transportation to campus from other locations.
