Page Title
The title of a Web page document is displayed at the top of the
browser window, as shown here

Each Web page should have a unique title. The title
should be a brief description of the Web page. If no title is assigned,
when a user bookmark's the page, the bookmark will reflect "Untitled
Document".
The title feature also helps bring visitors to your site, as many
search engines search for key words in titles. The MHC Search tool
uses the page title to search, and the results includes the page
title.
It depends on the browser as to whether the title appears centered
or to the left. A document title is often confused with the heading
or subheading of a Web page. Headings or subheadings are displayed
within the body of the Web page.
Dreamweaver Tip
