  • Click the lock icon
  • Provide the administrative password for your computer, and click OK.
  • A progress bar will appear and complete within a Meeting Maker window.
  • A "choose installation folder" dialogue will appear, to select default click Next.
  • It will likely inform you that an existing folder already exists and that you are about to overwrite an older version.  This is expected, click OK to continue.
  • A Backup Data dialogue will appear.  We want to you pull down a fresh, new copy of your appointments from the Meeting Maker server, so select "Delete Meeting Maker Data" and click Next.  Note: This will NOT delete any of your appointments that exist up on the Meeting Maker server, but will clear the "cached" duplicate data that lives in old folders on your hard drive.
  • Select where you would like a shortcut to be created and click Install.
  • Click Done.

First time Launch

When the program is launched for the first time, it will ask you for your name, password, and server.
  • Select the server before signing in this first time by clicking the Select button.  In the window that appears, choose TCP as the protocol from the drop-down list.
  • In a moment, you should see the MHC Meeting Maker Server (mm_prod) within the right side of the window.  This should be the only item listed.  Highlight the server with a single click and then click Select.
  • Sign in with your username and password (which are case sensitive). If need be for a password reset, please call the Help Desk at x2600.
  • Updating local Meeting Maker data progress bar will take a moment or two to finish.
  • This information will be retained for your future logons.
