Handheld Devices
Blackberry Support LITS provides support to senior staff and their designees with synchronization of their Meetingmaker Calendar to their handheld device. The campus standard is the Blackberry. The handheld should be less than 3 years old to meet software requirements. The device must be present on campus for the initial setup and configuration of the synchronization software.
- Support for MHC Senior Staff or their designees only
- Syncing isn't possible with other than the specified device– Blackberry
- Wireless Syncing works only with Meetingmaker
- Voice & Data Service has to be established with cellular service provider prior to visit
