LITS is available for help with your computer needs, so please check with us before you leave if you have any questions about using your laptop abroad.  Some good ideas for preparing to go abroad with your computer are to scan for viruses and spyware and to back-up your data.  Once you arrive at your destination, you may check with your host institution for assistance with your computer and accessing the Internet.
