VIII. Summary

This strategic plan offers a roadmap to the desired future for LITS as an organization and a set of services for the Mount Holyoke Community. Given the nature of technology and the transitions in higher education, we will continue to review and revise the details of this plan incorporating the changes dictated by the needs of the community and opportunities that technology and transition in information offer. With this plan we commit to a vision of flexibility, responsiveness and a culture of assessment as we work diligently to provide high quality, technology and information services to the faculty, staff and students of Mount Holyoke College.
