Video Production and Editing
LITS supports video production and editing and other digital media in our newly redesigned MEWS.
All of the workstations in the MEWS have multimedia capabilities for simple digital video editing. In addition there is a Multimedia Teaching Area with eight workstations and two plasma screens dedicated to working on, or teaching, more complex video production, 3-D animation, and audio mixing. The MEWS is available to all students, faculty and staff whenever the LITS complex is open.
Faculty support for curricular projects can be obtained by making an appointment through your LITS liaison or by coming in during the "on call" hours for the Faculty Development Area, also in the MEWS.
Student-staffed drop-in support hours are available during the semester for anyone needing instruction on equipment/software use or for help troubleshooting a project.
