Guidelines for Requesting Computer Repairs & Upgrades
In an effort to provide equitable service across campus and to set manageable expectations, two documents were drafted and presented to the LITS Advisory Committee and Department Chairs for approval:

Guidelines for Computer Software & Hardware Requests
This document outlines what you need to know about requests for computer hardware and software. These guidelines, which were approved by the LITS Advisory group, will be modified as needed.
Guidelines for Upgrade and Service Requests: Computer Equipment Purchased with Grant Proceeds
This document helps define the College's commitment to the support of equipment that is secured with grant money. The LITS Advisory Committee works closely with the Dean of Faculty to find support for upgrades to department labs which were originally funded with grant proceeds.
