Equipment Reservation Form

Date equipment needed: Reservation should be made at least one week in advance.
  • Equipment must be requested at least one week in advance.
  • Quantities are limited and most equipment is in high demand.
  • Equipment requested with less than 7 days advance notice cannot be processed and will receive an automated reply.
  • Call ext. 3162 or ext. 2073 if you have questions.

Reservations are required.
  Laptop (PC)
  • Laptop Reservations are for Faculty and Staff only.
  • Wireless laptops for student use are available at the Circulation Desk for 3 hours. Use is limited to the LITS complex only and these laptops cannot be reserved.
Laptop (MAC)
  • Laptop Reservations are for Faculty and Staff only.
  • Wireless laptops for student use are available at the Circulation Desk for 3 hours. Use is limited to the LITS complex only and these laptops cannot be reserved.

If you have never used a computer/video projector before, please make sure to set up an appointment with Media Resources for a quick lesson before the date the projector is needed.

Specify mic type (handheld, shotgun, or lavalier) and input type (mini, xlr or 1/4 inch) in the Special Instructions below.
