LITS Technical Support Tracking System (Track-It!)
The LITS Help Desk manages workflow through an online call tracking system, TrackIT! Through this system we can offer technical support to the MHC community by allowing you to submit a technical question through a webform. Track-It is monitored by the Community Technical Support team and problems, issues or questions are directed to the person or department best suited to assist.
Note: Internet Explorer is recommended for accessing Track-It.
- Login to Track-It: - Enter your Mount Holyoke College username and password, click submit. - First time visitors should change their password -- do not use the same password as your MHC e-mail account.
- To search the Solutions Database, an FAQ from the LITS Help Desk Staff:
- select the first option in the center of the page, indicated by the blue H with the magnifying glass and the notation search the solutions database
- enter a question, a software title, or keywords and click the ask.
- If there are no solutions, or if the solution given doesn't fully answer your question, please click the new request button to submit a request directly to the help desk. As soon as one of us is able to respond, we will.
