1. Launch your AOL Instant Messenger program.
2. Send an instant message to mhc2600. 
3. Please state your MHC username and the nature of the problem in your first contact session.

mhc2600 should be used for quick chat dialogues. KIS (keep it simple), questions which require diagnostics may be need to be resolved by phone support.

Note: Because our helpdesk resolutions are limited to the Mount Holyoke community, we will not acknowledge the session unless your mhc username is stated within your first session of contact .
