Five College Library Depository Request Forms

Items that have been moved to the Five College Library Depository are still available for your research or teaching needs.   Full instructions on using these materials are available on the Depository's Access Instructions page.

In short, most items can be sent to Mount Holyoke for your use:

• To request a book, use the "Request Item" feature in the Library Catalog.  (See Five College Borrowing for more details on using this feature.)
• To request an article, use the Five College Depository Request Form.
