Technology for Events

The mediated spaces on campus are equipped with instructions and easy to operate equipment. User training is available from Media Resources, and is recommended for first time users.

Contact Events Services in the Conference Office at x 2153 to schedule an event and to book a room for an evening or weekend class. Please discuss your technology needs at the time you book the space.

Media Resources can reserve Room 231 in the Library for special showings.  Media Resources cannot book any other room or space on campus.
