Kochno, Boris.
Le ballet en France du quinzième siècle à nos jours. Paris : Hachette, 1954.

Written by Kochno with the collaboration of Maria Luz, it features an original lithograph by Picasso for the frontispiece. The binding is by Maison Diguet-Deny with a design after Matisse. René Ben Sussan did the layout, and the printing was done at Georges Lang's press. In original plastic dustjacket.

Kuch, Michael.
Apocalypse clocks. [Massachusetts] : Double Elephant Press, 2000.

Michael Kuch drew, bit & printed the copper plates & composed the poetry. Art Larson printed the text letterpress. The sixteen point van Dijck was cast by M & H Type. The paper was made by hand for this undertaking at Papeterie St-Armand in Montreal. Shoshannah Wineburg bound the edition in a timely fashion. Copy no. 27 of 60; with poster advertising the work (from R. Michaelson Galleries).
