Historical Sketch:
The Committee on the Apportionment of Students' Time was established to consider the amount of time a student should spend in preparation for class and the possibility of avoiding tests on the same day. Recommendations were made to solve these issues.

Description of Records:
The records contain a report by the Committee to the President, which contains suggestions for eliminating pressure on students due to multiple tests on the same day. It also contains recommendations for freshman advising.
