Historical Sketch:
The Committee on Curriculum for the Summer Session was established in 1942 to determine the curriculum for the Summer Session. The Committee also made recommendations concerning faculty salaries, credit for courses, and scheduling.

Description of Records:
The records contain a list of members, minutes, a survey, announcements, a convocation program (1944), a brochure for the French University of New York held at Mount Holyoke (1943), a salary scale for the summer session of 1942, calendars, and a report from the Committee. Information on the administration, schedule, scholarships and loans, sports, credit, the library, and courses offered for the summer session is included. Minutes offered detailed opinions from Committee members as well as from departments at the College.
