Historical Sketch:
The Committee on Nomination of Alumnae Trustees was composed of Mount Holyoke Alumnae from various classes. Committee duties included a distribution of nomination forms, lists of nominees with background information, ballots, and announcements to alumnae concerning the trustee position.

Description of Records:
The records contain a report, a list of nominees, and an announcement to all alumnae councilors. Information includes qualifications for Alumnae Trustees, a listing of the geographical distribution of members of the Alumnae Committee, travel expenses, and biographical sketches for Alumnae nominated for the Trustee position.
